Kaley joined SGS in September 2022, and is the teacher who will guide you on Monday evenings through Slow Flow & Meditation. We are so excited to have her as part of the SGS Team!
Favorite Asana : Pigeon.. at first it was my least favorite but I think I’ve learned the most about my body and emotions in this pose than any other pose.
Favorite Drink : Bubbly water, Waterloo if I have my choice 🙂
