Meet Kaley

Kaley joined SGS in September 2022, and is the teacher who will guide you on Monday evenings through Slow Flow & Meditation. We are so excited to have her as part of the SGS Team!

Favorite Asana : Pigeon.. at first it was my least favorite but I think I’ve learned the most about my body and emotions in this pose than any other pose. 

Favorite Drink : Bubbly water, Waterloo if I have my choice 🙂

Favorite Quote or Poem : “Don’t compromise yourself, you’re all you’ve got.”

Favorite Activity : Sleeping.. I’m partially a cat

I am an eclectic woman who LOVES a good book, strong tea, and loud music. Writing is the expression of the soul. As a yoga instructor my focus is always on proper alignment of the asana, stability of the pranayama, and the deepening of our connection with Spirit.
